Here's a promotional video for the NSCC Culinary Arts program that uses some footage of me and my classmates back in 2008/09! It was great seeing all of my peers and I working on our "Touch of Class" dinner.

It was a perfect time to find this. I was approached by someone thinking of taking culinary arts to talk about the program and what she can expect if she chooses to go. I had a great experience at school, learned a lot about food and the industry, and made a lot of great contacts. It was a lot of hard work and sacrifice... Just like in the real world of professional cooking.
But if you have a passion for cooking and think it's the life for you, NSCC Culinary Arts might be the way to go!
