I'm very excited to do this up comming party. I love cooking in April. The market starts to get busy again, and with the promiss of a great local bounty of produce and protiens just around the corner, the menu possiabilities are endless.
I contacted Medow Brook Farm in Tatamagouche, for my protiens and built the rest of the menu from there.
First Course -
